Born in 1973 in Westphalia, Tina Oelker is a German artist based in Hamburg. Her practice spans figurative and abstract painting, from the long-term series 1000 Hasen (1000 Hares) to the ongoing painting programme 25 Colours Stockholm and the large-scale work TOPIA.
She studied art and design in New York City and Hamburg and has developed an independent artistic practice over more than three decades.
