Description

Fluctus Fragore was created in 2010 in connection with Fluctus Spumas. I painted the two works alternately, with each painting becoming part of a larger, interchangeable composition. One module measures 120 × 120 cm, the other 120 × 100 cm. They can be exchanged and rearranged, changing the balance and rhythm of the composition each time. The relationship between the two paintings remains open, allowing the work to take on a different presence with each arrangement.chreibung folgt.
