„Leriope“ was created as an enlarged interpretation of a smaller SLIM original. Leriope – in Greek mythology a nymph, mother of Narcissus with the river god Kephissos. This work stands out from the series through its organic quality that remained intact despite enlargement. The process reinforced Tina Oelker’s intuitive painting, which vividly continues original works. The SLIM original remains a valuable part of her oeuvre.
