Description
I painted Gugu No. 1 and Gugu No. 2 side by side. They began with the dialogue between green and red but gradually evolved into two distinct works, each finding its own visual identity. In Gugu No. 1, the handwritten note „ain’t no clouds!“ remains subtly embedded in the surface, like a quiet trace of the painting’s own history.
