Description
Heavy Runner evolved over many years. First painted in 2003 for the exhibition b-present, I revisited the work several times before it found its present form as part of a new phase in my practice. Some paintings need time. Heavy Runner has remained in my studio ever since and is featured in my book Of Hares and Gods.
