This painting was created in 2003 as Hand in the b-present series and was completely reworked in 2019. The deep sides and compact format make it an object painting. The title is generously sketched on the side. After living with the painting for many years, I returned to it once more in 2026, making a final addition to its present form. I think it is finished now. The work was published in my book Of Hares and Gods in an earlier version.
