This work, like the earlier painting “Dione” from 2015, was also created on a pre-primed color ground. Tina Oelker transferred this approach to smaller formats in 2016 and only returned to it again in 2023. “Minor Resistance” was painted on a canvas from New York and measures 30 × 24 × 2 inches.
Dieses Werk ist – wie zuvor „Dione“ von 2015 – ebenfalls auf vorgrundierter Farbe entstanden. Diese Vorgehensweise übertrug Tina Oelker 2016 auf kleinere Formate und griff sie erst 2023 wieder auf. „Geringfügige Abwehr“ ist auf einer Leinwand aus New York gemalt und hat die Maße 30 × 24 × 2 Inches.
